The Engineering Technologist supports tender preparation, analysis and project reporting, contribute to commercial and technical reviews, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and apply engineering knowledge to improve processes while upholding strong safety leadership.
Responsibilities
- Prepare tenders, expressions of interest, and support submission processes.
- Track and follow up on all tender outcomes and statuses.
- Update and analyse monthly and quarterly KPI data.
- Accurately record and review project financial outcomes.
- Contribute to commercial, strategic, and technical tender reviews.
- Build stakeholder relationships and research engineering technologies and concrete mix designs.
Qualifications and experience
- Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) with strong Excel and modelling capability.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of project controls, planning, organising and task monitoring.
- High attention to detail with strong problem‑solving and sound judgement.
- Ability to work reliably and unsupervised while promoting safety leadership and culture.
- Commitment to safe work systems, hazard identification, contractor engagement and incident reporting.
